Welcome to Khidmte. By using our mobile application or website (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Khidmte, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including service providers, customers, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Services

Khidmte provides a platform to connect users ("Customers") with independent service providers ("Providers") offering various home services. We act solely as an intermediary between Customers and Providers and are not directly responsible for the quality or execution of the services provided.

3. User Responsibilities

As a Customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
  • Pay for services in full upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Refrain from using the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Respect the rights of Providers and follow agreed-upon schedules for service delivery.

As a Provider, you agree to:

  • Provide services professionally and in accordance with the agreed terms.
  • Maintain necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance for providing the services.
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Booking and Payments

  • When booking a service, you will receive a confirmation through the app. All bookings are subject to the availability of the chosen Provider.
  • Payment for services can be made via the payment methods supported by Khidmte. We use a secure third-party payment processor and do not store any credit card information.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Customers may cancel a booking through the app before the agreed-upon service time. Depending on the timing of the cancellation, cancellation fees may apply.
  • Providers reserve the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Customer and a Provider, Khidmte may act as a mediator to help resolve the issue. However, we are not legally responsible for the outcome of the dispute. Any legal action or dispute resolution must be addressed between the Customer and Provider directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with Khidmte are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our app or website without our written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in illegal activity. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the services provided by Khidmte.

9. Liability Limitation

Khidmte is a platform that connects Customers with independent Providers. We do not assume liability for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the services provided by the Providers. We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or delays caused by Providers.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khidmte, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the app, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
